This series of debating papers by "SPHERe", the Social and Public Health Economics Research Group at Curtin University, is issued to stimulate debate about the Australian and, in particular, the WA health service.

In the main, the papers are not technical. We will invite various people to write. We encourage others to offer papers. All papers that add positively to the debate about health care will be welcomed.
